Coaching is about lifting you into the leadership and influence you need to run your organisation without the constant headaches and stress. Through a structured, confidential, and tailored process, I help executives move from: Fog to clarity → clear decisions, confident communication. Isolation to trust → building cultures of safety, feedback, and accountability. Reacting to leading → shifting from firefighting to proactive, strategic leadership. We meet twice a month for a 60 minute session. During these sessions we always come with an agenda based on current goals, books, issues and exercises we are working through. However, our clients regularly come to meetings with real-life issues they wish to discuss. Further, we believe that leadership doesn't fit nicely into two meetings a month. Thus when you are a part of coaching with us, you have access by phone whenever a leadership issue comes up. Further, we use the following framework to create momentum over the long-term.
1. Discover (0-30 Days) - 360 degree Stakeholder Interviews, goal setting
2. Act (30-90 Days) - Quick wins, based on the findings of interviews and Common Communication Systems
3. Embed (90+ Days) - An approach to Leadership based on the principles we see in the real Jesus. A Biblical Worldview in which you have been created and called to thriving business as mission.
I combine two modes of coaching: Client-Led Coaching → You bring real challenges; we tackle them immediately to create clarity and momentum. Challenger Coaching → I introduce strategic leadership frameworks that accelerate your influence—topics like trust-building, delegation, feedback cultures, and strategic communication. This ensures we solve urgent issues while building long-term capability.
Presence beyond sessions → I’m available when key moments arise, not just on a calendar.
Clarity guarantee → Never leave a session without clear next steps. If you do, we continue at no cost.
